RETURN POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to start a return To start a return, log in to your customer account at https://shopify.com/93755638104/account and submit your request through your order history. If you checked out using only a phone number, please use the return link in your SMS order confirmation instead.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized products (such as made-to-order 3D prints), perishable goods, and hazardous materials. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase once the return is accepted.

European Union — Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification — including over weekends and public holidays.

To exercise this right, submit your request through your customer account at https://shopify.com/93755638104/account, or via the return link in your SMS order confirmation if you checked out with a phone number only. You must return the item within 14 days of notifying us.

Your item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We will refund the original purchase price, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at info@fd3ddesigns.com.
